Why we are here
Clarity Grace was founded in 2017 by me, Katy Hill. After gaining 20 years of experience in recruitment agencies in London and the East Midlands, I found that what I really loved doing was building longer-term relationships with employers and candidates. I enjoyed seeing the whole recruitment process through from start to finish, from writing the job advert to ensuring the candidate was welcomed into the company and settled. I found that many employers and candidates valued this longer-term commitment too, so I saw an opportunity to provide a service that many recruitment agencies weren’t able to offer. This is how Clarity Grace was born.
Who we work with
We’re specialists in recruiting for the engineering and commercial sectors and work with a range of companies – from SMEs to large corporates. We’re based in Derbyshire in the East Midlands and work remotely with clients across the UK. We’re also happy to travel and work on-site when required.
We work with clients that share our values: honesty, integrity, and a commitment to treat candidates and employees fairly. We understand that when you focus on these things, you will recruit better people who are likely to stay with your company for longer.
How we work
We take time to get to know our clients and their businesses, and we also take time to get to know the candidates applying for their roles, so we can ensure a good fit. It’s an incredibly important decision for both the employer and the candidate – too important to rush and get wrong.
